Library Subscription Databases
Many of our popular online reference resources, which include business, literature, encyclopedias, dictionaries, magazine and newspaper articles, and more are available to Brookfield Public Library cardholders not only in the Library, but also from your home computer free of charge.
Many of the best informational Web sites, all arranged by subject, can be found here. Web links can be searched by subject, site name, or description to help you find just the site you're looking for. Internet Use Policy Internet access is available to anyone using the Brookfield Public Library. A signed Internet release form and valid ID is required. Special restrictions apply to persons aged 17 and under. 16 adult and 4 children's Internet workstations are available. The Library also offers wireless "WiFi" access to the Library's Internet service for properly equipped laptops and handheld computers. When you use the Internet in the Library you are accepting the Brookfield Public Library Electronic Resources and Internet Use Policy.
