Payments for City Services

Payments for taxes, utility bills, and the majority of City services are handled through the City Treasurer.

Payments Made In-Person

Payments can be made in person at the Treasurer's office counter. There is also a payment drop box located on the north side of City Hall. Payments placed in the drop box by 5:00 p.m. on the due date for the bill or invoice will be receipted as timely payments.

Payments Mailed

In addition to in-person payments, payments can be mailed. Payments can be mailed to the Treasurer’s office at City Hall. However, a utility or tax payment sent with the remittance portion of the bill can be mailed to the PO box. For your convenience a return envelope is enclosed with your bill. The PO box goes to our bank's processing center.
